For 9 years, I had the pleasure to work along side Motorola Mobility. Motorola's e-commerce has expanded using innovative technology in their email development and communications. As the Lead Art Director, I was responsible for supervising web, print, direct mail, and email campaigns—including conceptualizing, strategizing and presenting high-concept content for onboarding, sustainment programs, CRM, e-commerce and lifecycle global communications.

APRIL FOOLS "SELFIE STICK" CAMPAIGN
In the spirit of April Fools, Motorola created a viral video promoting its latest product release—The Selfie Stick. The Selfie Stick gag was targeted as an over-the-top leather wrapped deluxe edition that even Demi Lovato promoted in paid partnership. Once the clicks started, it took them to a Moto X offer that was literally, 'no joke'.

MOTOROLA ONBOARDING EMAILS
I was responsible for creating an onboarding experience for new customers to give them access to the latest phone trends, applications, accessories and more on four different devices in 8 different launguages. I worked along side the copywriter to create character narratives that would approach the onboarding process as more of a conversation to keep the customer engaged and help boost retention.


MOTOROLA PRODUCT ORDER
TRIGGER EMAIL CREATION
I was responsible for strategizing and creating a seamless order process for the new customizable MOTO X phone. The new MOTO X phone was one of the first devices to become customizable from the interior to the exterior of the phone. I created an order process where the user can see the timeline of their new device being built. This heightened communication levels from the customer and kept them engaged throughout making it easier for the customer to understand and also trigger more sales by promoting accessories and other devices within this process.
